- A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, and there may be extra charges for special orders and long-distance shipments.
- You can call or email the store to get started with the return/exchange process.
- After contacting us, you will instantly receive the instructions. Follow the instructions carefully to remain eligible for return or exchange.
- Pack your merchandise securely with the invoice.
- Please, ensure your package, if possible.
- Ship the package or drop it at our store.
- We’ll process the return once we receive your package. If an email is provided, we will notify you of your exchange or return status.
- The customer will be charged for the shipping cost of returned and replacement items.
